Description

White meat and fish dishes, vegetarian dishes. Cold maceration, soft pressing of the skins. Fermentation 20 days in stainless steel tanks at 14-16 degrees. Ageing on fine lees in steel vats for 2 months and in bottle for 2 months.

Aroma: Fruity aroma with hints of peach, Breadcrumps and white flowers

Taste: Medium-bodied with a fresh dryness of citrus and apple fruit along with light buttery notes.
